We cater to a range of Design Categories and Building Types. With an understanding of the current rules and regulations for disability housing combined with architectural flare you can be assured your new home will not only be functional but present like a show home.
There are 5 broad categories of Design available to NDIS participants
Basic – Improved Liveability – Fully Accessible – Robust – High Physical Support
The Building Type refers to the style of accommodation that is supported by the NDIS. Building Types include, Apartments, Villa’s, Duplexes, townhouses, Homes, Group Housing and Legacy Stock.
The Design Category specifies the construction features required to meet minimum requirements for disability living. The higher the design category the high the design specification.
At Belazzo we focus on the Fully Accessible, Robust and High Physical Support Design Categories within the Building Type, Group Homes. If you are considering other forms of Building Types we would still encourage you to register with us.
